Originally built in 1999 to honor a fire captain's daughter and redesigned by the Harper's Playground nonprofit in 2023, this firefighter-themed inclusive playground features Washington's first wheelchair swing, a spinner that fits two wheelchairs, braille signage, and an interactive fire truck with original levers.
